Return Policy
15-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason
For orders placed on Hisenseshop.com or the Hisense Shop App, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Once your return request is approved, you will have an additional 15 days to print your return shipping label and send back your item. After we receive your return, we will initiate the refund process promptly.
IMPORTANT:
- Ensure you remove your personal accounts and factory reset the device.
- Return all items within the order, including any promotional products. The value of any missing promotional items will be deducted from the final refund amount.
- If your order included a trade-in, the trade-in will be canceled once the return is successfully processed. Please note that we cannot return any successfully processed trade-in devices. Therefore, ensure you do not send your trade-in device until you have decided to keep your new device.
- If you’re returning your Laser TV with screen, a 10% restocking fee based on the purchase price may apply*. Please note that certain states may have different treatment for sales taxes on refunds subject to restocking fees†.
- Returns must include all original accessories that came in the box. Any missing accessories may have their value deducted from the final refunded amount.
- All returns must be in their original packaging.
- Items must be in their original condition. Can’t be damaged, seal opened, repaired, stolen.
- Returns without Hisense’s approval will not be processed.
- Returns may be rejected if the product does not meet the above requirements.
The refund will take up to 30 days to process and will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund requests for the 15-day money-back guarantee expires 15 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for items that have expired during this 15-day window.
For purchases not made directly through Hisense’s online stores, please contact retailers for refunds.

†For returns in Oklahoma, the sales tax refunded to you is based on the net amount of the refund after any charge for the restocking fee.
†For an appliance return in Colorado, Ohio, or South Carolina, the original purchase price is subject to sales tax.
Hisense is not liable for:
- Loss of data incurred from the use of Hisense products.
- Returning personal items sent to Hisense.
When returning items with a prepaid shipping label provided by Hisense, Hisense takes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. When returning items for non-quality issues, the buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. Hisense does not provide refunds for items damaged in transit for non-quality-related warranty claims.
