soooooo my soundbar kept cutting the sub in cut out problem...

soooooo my soundbar kept cutting the sub in cut out problem... I looked through forums cause the customer service sucks with hisense... Turns out a lot of the 5.1 surround systems have the problem. The way i found to fix the problem is to get a bigger power supply to the little sub amp. i took the amp out out of the sub box and i saw the caps smelled burnt. I went on amazon and bought a small 200w psu and connected it to the amp on my hisense and it fixed the sub in problem.. i guess the amp on this product isnt strong enough to suppply the power to the amp... while i was inside the amp i replace the small 6.5 speaker with a 10 inch alpine 4 ohm subwoofer it made the whole system sound amazing :D ... if you rear this far then you know why i gave it a 3 star review... after the mods i gave it it's definitely a 5 star or more for sure c:

I sound bar is OK, customer service sucks

When I received my order confirmation, at the bottom of that email is “reply to this email with any questions“.
After more than 10 days of not receiving a shipping confirmation I reached out via the email and received no response in four days
Angry after reading Google reviews and seeing how many horrible reviews they had, I then used the same reply to this email, and requested to cancel my order.
After days… Still no response.
I then called their 800 number listed on their website, there is no option for Customer Service there’s only options for information on particular products not on shipping
Or current orders.
It was only my fourth attempt, using their website and sending a message that I received a reply.
That reply was, “here is your shipping confirmation it appears your sound bar is on its way and you should receive it within the next two days.
I did
I am happy with the sound bar but this will be the last purchase with this company.
