I never received the projector. Fedex randomly left it on the street outside my local post office and then someone stole it.
I have been chasing this package for two weeks. First, Fedex attempted to deliver the package several times and then, silence. I went to the Fedex store. They put me in touch with customer service, who told me I needed to contact Hisense and have them change the address from a PO Box number. Why didn't the address form in the Hisense site tell me I couldn't use a PO Box? I contacted Hisense and gave them my home address, hoping I would be home in time to stop the package from being stolen.
Nothing for a while. Then last Friday I got an email from Fedex saying they delivered it over a week ago to my local Post office for some reason. The address change that Hisense put in was I guess ignored. I went to my local post office and stood in line for an hour for them to tell me my package wasn't there - the nice post office lady said often Fedex just leaves packages they don't know what to do with outside and they of course get stolen. I got a PO Box to *avoid* this.
So now I am out $3000 with no projector. Unbelievable. I was so looking forward to this too, and now I can't trust anyone.
Deep and bright colors! Cool and quiet! Extremely happy with it! Low input lag for gaming! 3d support! What else could you ask for!? I'll be using this projector for a while!
