PX2 PRO Q&A Summary
Question 1: Does PX2 support HDR10+?
Answer: PX2 can decode HDR10+ but has no official certificate
Question 2: Control 4 and Savant are both available?
Answer: Control 4 is supported. Not Savant.
Question 3: What the 'Quote' lumens data means?
Answer: Quote lumens mean that the value of brightness was quoted from the official specifications of the maker without its quality or state of being true checked, and a possible exaggeration exists.
Question 4: What is the nits PX2 ?
Answer: It’s dependent on what type of screens is used. for our Fresnel screen ,the value is approximately 350nits
Question 5: Still HDMI2.1 (60Hz) right ?
Answer: Yes. It's a HDMD2.1 with 4K 120Hz, but can only support 60Hz display because of DLP chipset. Same as PX1-PRO.
Question 6: No IMAX/DTS:X certification ? Any improvements in terms of energy consumption, throw ratio, autofocus, body size?
Answer: IMAX certification is under assessment now, and Dolby Atmos is available currently.
There are not much significant improvements in terms of energy consumption, throw ratio and body size which are the same as PX1-PRO. As for auto geometric correction feature, we have done a lot optimization in the algorithm so it can better identify the pictures taken by our users hence much better success rate.
Question 7: How many speaker and how many watt?
Answer: Two front firing speakers with total 30 watts output power.
Question 9 : Do we have tuner this time?
Answer: No TV Tuner.
Question 10: Sorry what WiFi version does PX2 support? WiFi 6?
Answer: Due to the limited space inside, only wifi 5 is available.
