Question 1: Will Hisense offer a close fit ceiling mount?
Answer: Yes. Ceiling mounting is available for this product.
Question 2: Also does it have audio out? Would be good to be able to use with a sub.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days Answer: Yes. C1 comes with 1 optical audio out port and 1 analog audio out port.to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Question 3: Presumably no lens cover?
Answer: No lens cover for C1.
Question 4: What is the air flow standard considering it can be put on the bookshelf?
Answer: To ensure the heat radiation effect, pls do not place C1 in any narrow, enclosed or poorly ventilated space. At a minimum, leave the amount of space shown in the diagram below for C1 to have proper ventilation.
Question 5: For outdoor use, do we have something to carry it easily? Is it able to support humididy ? IP Class ?
Answer: Yes, We are evaluating the carry case for C1. It has similar resistance to humidity as our laser TV. Control4 will be available for the product later.
Question 6: I read we have 120/240 High Refresh Rate feature, our HDMI is 60Hz native or 120Hz ?
Answer: C1 HDMI is 60Hz native.
Question 7: Game features ? ALLM, Freedync , refresh rate ?
Answer: C1 comes with Game mode, supports ALLM. The refresh rate would be 60Hz. in Game mode. And Freedync is not available.
Question 8: Do you have more information about the energy supply? Built in battery?
Answer: C1 does not come with built-in battery.
Question 9: Was there a wireless connectivity? And the related info of our main competitors?
Answer: C1 is equipped with WiFi 6E. From the perspective of public data, main competitors use WiFi 5, weaker than C1.
Question 10: Would I be able to connect my Sonos sound bar via the eARC HDMI port? Would it work and provide Dolby Atmos sound?
Answer: Yes, it works with any soundbars via eARC and provides the Dolby Atmos.
